Put a little lime on the chicken heart, let it stay for 15 minutes

Boil chicken heart until a little red.

Boil chillis, garlic, shallot, and tomato until soft. Then blend them.

Stir fry the chilli blend until cooked, then add the chicken heart, and the rest of the seasoning.

Oh my goodness. This is probably one of the best recipes I have ever had. I tweaked it here and there, but overall, it was delightful. The spice is perfect, and the meat has the perfect texture
