Preheat oven to 180°C for 10 mins. Sift flour with baking powder, and salt.

Beat melted butter with sugar until smooth.

Add 2 eggs to butter and mix well.

Mix honey in milk and add to butter mixture.

Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. Add lemon zest and lemon juice. Fold gently to avoid clumps.

Pour batter to a greased cake tin. Place in oven for 25 minutes at 180°C. Check with toothpick. If toothpick comes out clean, cake is done.

Give top grill heat for 2 mins. Take tin out of oven and cool. Serve.
