Steps

First soak the chanadaal into water for 15 minuits

Then boil the meat and add whole coriander, salt, ginger, garlic, button cilli

Then add soaked chanadaal boil both of them till it's moulder and then dry it

Then cool it down and blend it. It's look like a paste

Add eggs, onion (chopped), green chilli (chopped), green coriander and mint

Then mis it well and add mix spices then shape it like round kabab

Then fry it. Enjoy the dish ❤
