Halloumi Fries

These are incredible crunchy exterior and oozy delicious runny squeaky cheesy filling!
Halloumi has a high melt point so you can just fry them without bread crumbs for a crusty outside! But it won’t be as incredible as the extra crispy bread crumbs! So easy to do!
Tip * just use one hand for the dipping into the bowls!

Chocolate Chip Cookies (from “Mr. Chocolate”) Chocolate Chip Cookies (from “Mr. Chocolate”)
I hadn’t made chocolate chip cookies in over a decade. So, I decided to use a recipe I’ve been meaning to try: Jacques Torres’ recipe as published on his website and in The NY Times.I decreased the recipe by half but used an increased proportion of vanilla extract. I also made smaller cookies. The texture of these cookies are soft and a bit chewy, but not greasy. They got a big thumbs up from my husband and daughter, and I would definitely make them again. 🍪 🥰 Chris Gan -

Microwave-Made Apple Chips Microwave-Made Apple Chips
I got tired of always making applesauce, so I attempted to make my own apple chips to change up the texture of my snacks a bit.In the picture they're sliced pretty thickly because I had planned to top them with pancake batter, but the thinner they are, the crisper they'll become!Depending on the amount of moisture in the apples, the cooking time changes. After microwaving for 3 minutes, use the [low power] setting to adjust and you won't mess it up. For as much as you want to make. Recipe by pogue cookpad.japan -
Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake
This dessert is a delicious cross between a cake and a cookie; it's not as crumbly as a cookie but not as soft as a cake. The size of the pan depends on your personal preference and so does the baking time. Just so you can compare: mine was baked in a 27 cm round cake pan for an hour. Yum! red.queen -
