2 servings

1 cupthick curd
2 cupswater
1/2 tspcumin seeds/jeera
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp Coriander leaves
1 sprig curry leaves
As per tasteSalt

Blend curd with a hand whisk. Keep aside.

In a mixer add cumin seeds, coriander, curry leaves and ginger. Blend or pulse for 2 mins.

Add the curd,water and salt. Pulse again. Serve cold.
