Steps

Wash and chop french beans, carrot, babycorn as shown. Soak cauliflower florets in warm salted water for 5 minutes. Strain. Blanch all above vegetables. Keep aside.

Chopped cabbage, green capsicum, red & yellow bell peppers, spring onion as shown.

Heat olive oil in fry pan. Add sesame seeds,as splutter add chopped spring onion, capsicum,bell peppers, cabbage and green chilli. Add salt. Mix and stir-fry for 5 minutes on medium flame.

Add blanch vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add soy sauce, schezwan chilli garlic sauce and white pepper powder and mix well. Saute for 2 minutes. Off the flame.

Remove in serving bowl garnish with chopped spring onion greens and sprinkle sesame seeds. Enjoy delicious Veg Stir-fry with your family.
