Ingredients

15-20 mins
4-5 person
  • 2 cupsready made pakoriyan
  • 1 cupshredded cabbage
  • 1/2shredded carrot
  • 2medium tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 1/2cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 2potatoes boiled and cut into cubes
  • 2small onions finely sliced
  • 1/2 kgyogurt
  • 2 tspmint paste
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

15-20 mins
  1. 1

    Soak pakoriyan in water for 15 minutes or until soft. Meanwhile boil the potatoes and cut the vegetables.

  2. 2

    In a big mixing bowl add yogurt, salt, mint paste and chaat masala. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add the vegetables and strained potatoes.

  4. 4

    Now add the pakoriyan. Mix well and refrigerate.

  5. 5

    Serve chilled.
