Cheesy Paneer Stuffed Dal Pakoda

Grind soaked dal into thick consistency adding salt,saunf, coriander seeds, chilli & ginger with very little water.

Grind corn poha in mixer grinder into coarsely form

Take one slice of paneer set cheese slice and sprinkle prepared masala cover with cheese slice and then with again paneer slice similarly make all the six stuffing and keep ready. Dip in Moong Dal's batter coat with corn poha powder and give proper shape with fingers.

Shallow fry on medium flame both the sides till crispy.

Insert Icecream sticks and cover with silver foil. Serve hot in a glass & garnish with Sauce and Chutney.
