Wash, peel and thinly potatoes. Put aside to make the batter.

Mix all your dry ingredients and gradually add water till desired consistency.

Heat oil.

Deep the potatoes in the batter and deep fry in a moderate hot oil. If the oil is too hot they will brown faster and won't cook in the inside.
