Steps

Take wheat flour and add salt and ghee.

Mix and rub well and ck the binding of flour.

Now knead tight dough.

Divide into portions

Roll it thick and make pinches all over as shown in pic

Cook upside down on low to medium flame.

Apply ghee and cook on both sides till golden brown.

Khoba Roti is ready to serve

Enjoy with any sabzi of ur choice.
