For frank- mix all ingredients make hard dough. Keep aside for 10 -20min.

For filling- heat the oil in pan.put gingergarlic paste. Saute for minute add mix vegetable. Saute few minutes. Add all spices cook gor few minutes. Add paneer mix it well. Filling is ready

Take small amounts of dough make ball roll it make chapati.spread the oil in pan Put the chapti in the pan.just cook from both side. Spread moyenese the filling and role it. Serve it.
