Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprava
  2. 3 cupwater
  3. 2carrot
  4. 100 gmsweet corn
  5. 100 gmpeas
  6. 5-6chillies
  7. 1/2 cupgrated coconut
  8. 1/2 tbsmustard seeds
  9. 1/2 tbschana and urad dal
  10. 1chopped green chilli

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan and roast rava till slightly it colour changes

  2. 2

    On the other side boil water and heat some oil in pan and add mustard seeds, chana dal,urad dal and fry it.

    Then add chopped green chilli,carrot,peas and sweet corn, cook it for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Then add suji and boiled water and add salt then cook it for 7-10 minutes.

    At last add grated coconut (optional) now upma is ready to eat
