Add salt and pepper on chicken for taste. Heat oil in pan over medium high heat. Sear chicken until white. Set aside.

Cook garlic, ginger and onion until onions soften up. Add chicken and curry powder. Cook for about 2 minutes.

Add coconut milk and chicken cube. Stir and cook continuously in lower heat for 10 minutes until sauce thickens.

Add bell pepper, onion leeks, and salt. Cook further for 2 minutes and taste if more salt is needed. If not, put parsley. Serve and enjoy!
