Wash the rice thoroughly.. then boil it.

Heat a pan

After heating the pan add the crushed garlic followed by the chicken,carrot and onion cover the pan and let it cook for 10-15 mins until the chicken is well cooked

For preparation of sauce: take a glass add the water,pepper,cornflour and sesame oil. Mix all together.

Add the mixture in the chicken and let it cook in low flame until the mixture thickens add salt..

After cooking the chicken. Take a bowl add the egg and then add chicken and veggies it in then add the rice. Place the rice well.. after that take a plate put it over the bowl and oveturn the bowl.. remove the bowl from the plate and add the green onions
