Ingredients

2 person
  1. 2 cuppoha
  2. 1 choppedonion
  3. 1 choppedtomato
  4. 1/4 choppedcapsicum
  5. 1 choppedgreen chilli
  6. Some choppedcoriander leaves
  7. Salt as required
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspmustard
  10. 2 tbsppeanut roasted
  11. 2 tbspOil
  12. 8fresh curry leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly,in a large bowl soak poha till they turn soft and easy to break.

  2. 2

    Take a kadai heat 2 tbsp oil,add mustard & curry leaves.

  3. 3

    Further add chopped onion,capsicum and green chilli. Saute it.

  4. 4

    Further add turmeric powder and saute well.

  5. 5

    Add tomato and salt,saute well.

  6. 6

    Add in soaked poha and mixed gently until everything is combined well.

  7. 7

    Cover and simmer for 5 min. Or until the flavour are absorbed well.

  8. 8

    Add coriander leaves,mix gently.

  9. 9

    Finally enjoy your poha.
