Firstly,in a large bowl soak poha till they turn soft and easy to break.

Take a kadai heat 2 tbsp oil,add mustard & curry leaves.

Further add chopped onion,capsicum and green chilli. Saute it.

Further add turmeric powder and saute well.
- 5
Add tomato and salt,saute well.
- 6
Add in soaked poha and mixed gently until everything is combined well.
- 7
Cover and simmer for 5 min. Or until the flavour are absorbed well.

Add coriander leaves,mix gently.
- 9
Finally enjoy your poha.
