I had an open container of crème fraîche that I was about to throw away... then I noticed a few eggs sitting by themselves! And here we are with this delicious omelet!

I had an open container of crème fraîche that I was about to throw away... then I noticed a few eggs sitting by themselves! And here we are with this delicious omelet!
Steps

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Whisk the yolks with the crème fraîche, salt, and pepper.

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- 4
Gently fold the yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites and stir until smooth.

Add the parsley and shredded Swiss cheese.
- 6
Pour the mixture into a well-buttered, hot skillet. Cook on both sides, being careful not to break the omelet when flipping it (I use a plate to help flip it without breaking). Enjoy!
