Dry roast cumin seeds and coriander seeds in dry pan, aroma arise then set aside.

In beson (gram flour) add Potato cubes, sliced onions, salt, red chilli powder, baking soda and dry roast cumin and coriander seeds.

Add water to make a thick Pakora batter. Heat the oil and dry Pakoras.

Serve crispy tasty pakora with dahi and vinegar sauce.
