Ingredients

5-6 person
  • 1 kgwhole chicken(make deep cuts)
  • 1/2 cupyogurt
  • 2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tsplemon juice
  • 2 tbspsalt
  • 1 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 3 tbspGinger garlic paste
  • 1 tspzeera powder
  • 1 tspdhania powder
  • 2 tsppaprika powder
  • 1/2 tspchilli flakes
  • 1/4 tsphaldee
  • Pinchred food colour
  • 4 tbspTikka masala
  • 2 tbsptandoori masala
  • 1 tspoil
  • Oil for frying

Steps

    In a bowl add yogurt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder,garam masala powder,zeera powder,dhania powder, paprika powder,tikka masala, tandoori masala, ginger garlic paste,haldee,food colour,oil and chilli flakes,salt,lemon juice and food colour and mix well then pour this mixture in the chicken and marinate for 4 hours or whole night in the fridge

    After marination remove cover from marinated chicken and tie chicken legs with the help of rubber band then cover the whole chicken with help of aluminum foil and steam the chicken for 25-30 minutes then remove the rubber band

    Then in wok add oil and heat it well then put chicken in a wok carefully and deep fry it on medium flame then spread chat masala on chicken and lahori chargha is ready to eat😋
