Seive your flour in a bowl, add sugar and vanilla flavour and mix well.

Add coconut and mix well

Add oil and mix very well until it looks just like this, then press the cookies cutter in your hand and fill it with the gireba mixture.

Apply a little force and press till the gireba mix is stiff inside the cutter then hit it against the bowl and gently lift it up.

Use your hand and press lightly by pushing till it get out nicely.

Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow it to cool then lift it up.
