Cut Shiitake mushrooms into 1.5cm square. French bread cut in half horizontally.

Wash oysters thoroughly, dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with flour.

Heat butter in a frying pan, add Shiitake mushroom(1) and Oysters(2) and fry.

When the oysters are brown, seasoning with sauce.

Place the oysters on the French bread, put the cheese on it, bake in the oven for about 2 minutes, and sprinkle the green onions.

If you cannot find shiitake mushrooms, you can use other mushrooms. And it's also delicious with parsley instead of green onions.
