Almost every Indian prepare ghee in their kitchen. And every time we get ghee and ghee residue. So hear I present a wonderful use of ghee residue. And best part is nobody guess what is the secret ingredient.

In a pan heat ghee add cumin seeds and saute for a minute. Add ginger paste and saute till raw smell goes away. Now add onion puree, saute till onion gets translucent.

Now add ghee residue and saute till ghee oozing from sides. Now add all dry spices powder and ½ tbsp water and saute till water evaporates.

Now add all sauces and water (as required). Add paneer cubes and bring a boil. Now turn slow down the gas and simmer for 5 minutes.

Tasty fusion paneer is ready to serve. Serve hot with chapati or layered paratha (already posted).

Kids always enjoying this recipe because they love sauce and as their is ghee residue and paneer in it so this is the healthy version.
