Butter Paneer Bhaji

Peel off the vegetables. And chop the onion and tomato. Cut the vegetables.

Pressure cook the vegetables. In a pan add 100gm of butter. Heat it. Add paneer cubes and roast them. Now to another wok add rest of the butter. Heat it up.

Add asafoetida, cumin and onion. Stir fry it for 2 minutes. Now add tomatoes to it. Mix it well. Add all the spices along with mix veggie.

Now mash the veggie and add bit of water if required. Cook it for 3minutes. Then add Paneer cubes and cook for 2 more minutes.

Sabzi is ready to serve.
