Add up the Moringa & rice & wash together twice, add vegetable oil & set the moringa rice on flame keep frying it until golden brown.

Add water & salt to parboil the rice & pour in a bowl that has tiny pores to drain the water.

Add the pulp (blended fried tomato & pepper) add about 15 seasoning cubes, curry, spices & vegetable oil in a pot & fry for 2 mins. Add chopped green beans while stirring.

Add the sliced carrots & cover for 2mins, add the moringa parboiled rice & stir thoroughly, until steady. Served with fried cabbage & minced meat with mayonnaise.
