Fry onions

Add 2 sliced chicken breasts and cook on the outside

Add 5 minced garlic cloves and a small piece of minced ginger

Add a handful of cherry tomatoes, start to soften

Add one pack of Tean's Gourmet tom yam paste, 200ml of coconut milk, 100ml of water and a bunch of chopped/whole fresh basil leaves

Stir cook until cooked through

Boil spaghettini until al dente, drain and plate

Spoon tom yam chicken over spaghettini and serve
