In summer's we need refreshing drinks so the best way os to store it in concentrated form. And it's always easy to make and super quick.
Steps

In a mixer jar put mint leaves, lemon juice, coriander leaves, black salt, salt, cumin seeds and fennel seeds. Grind it in a smooth paste. Add some water if needed.

Now add 1 cup of water, grind again. Strain it nicely so we get smooth syrup. Concentrated shikanji is ready to use.

Store it in a bottle. Refrigerate it and use it 5-6 days.

In a glass take 1-1½ tbsp concentrated shikanji and pour chilled water. Mix well. Put 2-3 ice cubes in it. Refreshing pudina shikanji is ready to serve. Enjoy chilled.

It's tastes like sugarcane juice.
