In a pan add oil,garlic and saute for 1 minute,now add onion,salt and kashmiri red chilli cook till onion turns gloden brown

Add tomato and green chilli paste cook till oil separate

Spinach blanched and grind in the mixer.homemade cottage cheese cut in to cubes

Add spinach puree and cook for 7min with lid and at medium flame. Add cottage cheese and cream and mix iy well

Again cook for 2 minute,garnish with cheese and cream. serve with layered paratha or chappati
