Steps

In a bowl add chakki ka atta,salt and mix well. Then gradually add water and knead until dough is formed.Cover and let it rest for 15 mins.

For filling : In a pan add oil then add onion and saute until translucent.Then add chicken mince and mix well until changes it's colour.

Then add ginger and garlic paste to the mince. And cook for 2 mins.Then add all the seasonings and mix well.

Then add tomato to it. Then add water in it and cook for 8-10 mins.Then add onion and dhania,podina mix well and dry the water. Turn off the flame and let it cool.

Then take the dough and make small balls from it. Then take one ball dust it with flour and roll into flat chappati.

Then place filling in the chappati spread it evenly and then cover it with another chappati.

Then press the corners and make design in the edges and cook in the tawa and add little bit of oil to make it golden brown from both sides and serve hot with yoghurt or any sauce you like....😊😊😀😀
