  • 1 ltrWater
  • PinchSalt
  • 1/2 tbspBlueband
  • 1Carrot

Steps

    Peel your bananas and carrot

  2. 2

    Cut the carrot into small pieces

  3. 3

    Boil your bananas and carrot in salty water

  4. 4

    When cooked drain excess water and mash with blueband

  5. 5

    Serve with your desired stew
