Ingredients

  • 4 cupsrice
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2tblsp yeast
  • 1tblsp baking powder
  • 1 cupwater
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt 1 tspn

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and soak white rice over night

  2. 2

    Blend it to become a smooth paste

  3. 3

    Add yeast and allow to rise then add sugar,salt,and baking powder when you r about to fry add water bit by bit and fry in a non stick frying pan
