Ingredients

1/2 cupwheat flour
1/2 cupkhichdi or cooked rice
1 tbspoil
1/4 tspturmeric powder
1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspcoriander powder
Pinchasafoetida (hing)
1 tspsesame seeds
to tasteSalt
as neededWater
For roasting
As neededOil/ghee for roasting

Steps

Mix all the ingredients and knead a semi soft dough by adding water as needed.
2

Make small balls and roll thin.
3

Roast the thepla from both the sides using ghee/oil. Serve with curd or chutney or tea.
