Ingredients

8 servings
  • 220 gdark chocolate
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 8eggs
  • 2 tbspcaster sugar
  • sea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt chocolate and water over a bain marie, let cool slightly

  2. 2

    Whisk yolks into cooled chocolate

  3. 3

    Whisk together the sugar and egg whites

  4. 4

    Fold egg whites and salt into chocolate and then refridgerate
