In a wok add oil, saute onion. Add in red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, crushed saunf, crushed red pepper and salt. Add boiled chickpeas along with it's water. Add 1/4 cup water in it. Cook on slow Flame. Slightly mashed the chickpeas. Cook for another 5 minutes. Choley ka salan is ready to serve. Serve with puri.
