One of the most healthy snack recipie and easy to make.. We all know that pulses are rich source of protein. However, fermentation makes them even more healthier!!

Soak moong and urad dal overnight. Blend it to make a smooth paste in the morning. Keep the batter aside for fermentation for 2-3 hours.

Add pinch of soda, chopped green chillies, res chilli powder, jira powder, sauf powder, amchur, dhaniya powder, chopped veggies(you can add veggies of your choice like mushroom, tomato, beans etc), few chopped coriander leaves, pinch of hing, besan. mix them well. Add some water to make the batter neither too thick and neither too thin. Mix it really well.

Add salt to taste. mix it. Batter is ready. Take a non stick pan or iron skillet. Put it on. heat and apply some oil with brush on the tawa. pour the batter on the tawa and spread it by lifting and moving the tawa. pour some more batter if required. let it cook on low heat for around 4-5 minutes.

Flip the moonglet to cook it on the other side for around 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat and take out the moonglet. It's ready to serve.
