First we will parboil the potatoes in pressure cooker for 2 whistle.Make sure potatoes has been washed properly.

Meanwhile in a mixture jar, add all the ingredient for chutney. Add little water and make a smooth paste.

In a pan, add ghee and once Ghee is heated add cumin powder,pepper powder,salt and garam masala and add potatoes. Cook it on low flame unitl potatoes become little brown. And lastly add some sesame seeds.

Now add Dhaniya paste and little water and cook it until the potatoes has been nicely covered with Dhaniya paste.

Turn off the heat and add lemon juice,remaining sesame seeds and serve it hot.
