Steps

Take gram flour add red chilli Powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,salt and carom seed

Add little oil.and make dough

Take rice and wash it

Heat oil in cooker crackle cumin seeds,bay leaves,nutmeg,add green chilli in it,add double water.now close the lid and take 2 whistle.

Roll the gramflour dough into long rolls

Boil water and cut into gatte and Cook them properly

Cook till gatte float on top

Heat oil and fry the gatte till golden brown

Assemble cooked rice,chopped green chilli, coriander leaves and gatte in pulav, enjoy delicious gatta pulav
