Ingredients

  • 4-5Onion slices
  • 2brown / multigrain bread slices
  • 4-5Tomatoes slices
  • 4-5 tspSprouts
  • 4-5cucumber slices
  • PinchBlack salt or normal salt
  • PinchCrushed black pepper
  • 1-2 tspolive oil
  • 1 tspMixed herbs

    Spread each bread slice with olive oil. (Inside)

  2. 2

    Layer the onion slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices, sprouts. Add pinch of salt and pepper. Sprinkle some mixed herbs. Cover with another bread slice.

    Your healthy salad sandwich is ready.
