Combine all the wet ingredients in a large bowl, or in a mixing bowl fitted with hook attachment, combine until it comes together

Transfer the dough unto a working surface and knead until until smooth for about 5 minutes,place the dough in an oil bowl cover with plastic and let rise until double in size about 90 minutes

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured work surface cut into 12 equal pieces

To create the braided bun cut each piece of dough in half and roll out each half into a thin rope about 12 inches long place one rope of dough over the second creating a cross bring the end of the bottom (vertical)rope over the top rope

Crossing over completely.Repeat this with the horizontal piece of dough and continue crossing the rope over until you reach the end of the dough tuck in the end pieces and place the buns on a grease baking tray,cover the tray and let the buns rise for about 45 minutes until olmost double in size

Preheat the oven with 350F and brush the egg with the egg and milk mixture,sprinkle over sesame seeds and bake for 20 to 25 minutes

Until golden brown,serve and enjoy with hot milk,juice or black tea
