Ingredients

15 dumplings

440 gPlane Flour
3 tspBaking Powder
240-350 mlWater
1/2 tspSalt
Oil for Frying

Mix dry ingredients together.

Add water a little at time and knead dough.

Dough should be soft not sticky.

Pinch off pieces(golf ball size)roll in to balls and slightly flatten.

Heat oil in pan.(Oil should be 180℃)

Put each dumplings in pan fry on each side untill golden brown.
