Take a vessel. Add milk and milk powder and mix it well. Turn on the flame and cook it. Add kesar and cook for 15-20 minutes. Add sugar and cook for 10 minutes. Add chopped almonds and cashew and cook for 5 minutes.

Take a bowl. Add khoya, milk, chopped almonds and cashew. Take a bread. Put khoya mixture in it and roll out. Take a bowl and put bread roll in it.

Now pour the milk mixture on it. Garnish with chopped almonds, cashew and kishmish and with the cherry. Put it in the freeze for 2 hours. Yummy malai roll is ready to serve.
