In a pan just saute oats for a while.

In a bowl, mix together oats and curd, let it rest for 10 minutes.

Oats absorb the water from curd and turn a little soft.

Take a pan add oil. Add mustard seeds, red chillies, green chillies, chana dal, curry leaves, cashews and saute it.

Once it is done add this to oats and curd bowl.

You can change the quantity of the curd to suit your taste.

If you want chill put it in the refrigerator for 10 mins.

Enjoy it with any pickel.
