  1. Halfcup:Sobudana
  2. 3medium size:boil and mashed potatoes
  3. Halftesp:cumin seeds(zeera)
  4. Halftesp:Black peper
  5. 1tesp: Salt
  6. 2tbsp:Roasted penuts
  7. 1/4tesp:Fresh ginger paste
  8. 1tbsp:Chopped green chillies
  9. 2tbsp:Fresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Soaked subudana in water for 3 hours.

    Potatoes peel krne ke baad boil karein or mashed kar lein.

    Afer 3 hours mashed potatoes me sabudana,salt,black peper,zeera,penuts,dhaniya,green chillie,adrak paste, dal kar ache se mix karein.or kabab bana lein.

    Egg/besan/maida lagae baghir thore se oil me fry kar lein.bht crispy bante hn.enjoy with ur family
