  • Bread slices 3(Grind)
  • Pistachio 2+1/2tbsp(chopped)
  • Almond 2+1/2tbsp(chopped)
  • 1 tbspElachi powder
  • Rice 5tbsp(Grind)

    Roast the grind bread

    Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  3. 3

    The instant kheer mix is ready now. Save it for 2 months easily in jar.

    If you made a Kheer

    First boil the milk and add kheer mix cook for 10 mins.

  6. 6

    The kheer is ready now. Serve it
