Take a bowl and add sooji, onion, tomato, capsicum, salt and water

Mix it well

Give rest for 15 to 20 minutes

Now on a tavi make small uttpam

When they are cooked take all of them in a plate

Now spread green chutney on one uttpam and sprinkle capsicum on it and now put another uttpam on it and apply pizza gravy or ketchup on it and now add cucumber on it and now put tomato uttpam on it and garnish with cheese and sprinkle chat masala and black pepper

Now cut it and serve with coriander chutney.
