    G.g paste, salt,kali mirch powder,haldi, yogurt, chicken par lagakar 15 mint rakh dein

    Ek pan mein thora pani lekr chulhy par rakhen.or uper chalni rakhen us par chicken ke pieces rakh kar 10 mint dhak kar halki aanch par rakhden..

    Ab grril pan ko 3.4 drops oil lgakr chicken rakh dein sirf 3.4 mint..

  6. 6

    Apka diet dinner tyar he.kheera or dahi ke sath brown bread ke 2 slices ke sth maze se khaen
