Here’s something I found in recommendations for those following a Keto diet, and it turned out really delicious.

Heat the butter and oil in a skillet. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until lightly browned. Set aside.

In the same skillet, add the water, sour cream, and herbs. Stir well to combine.

Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

Return the chicken to the skillet and add the Parmesan cheese at the end. Enjoy!
