Lightly season the pork with salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients marked with a ★.

Put the katakuriko in a plastic bag and add the pork. Shake to coat the pork.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (not listed) in a pan, and add the pork. Brown one side at a time.

When it has turned a nice colour, add in the ★ ingredients. Heat over a low heat for a minute and then transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle on the sauce and it's done.

Serve as one slice or cut it up! Serve with cabbage or lettuce.
