Ingredients

  • कच्चे आम - ४ किलो
  • सरसो तेल - १ १/२ किलो
  • नमक - ४०० ग्राम
  • बेडेकर अचार मसाला - १०० ग्राम
  • छोटी इलायची - ४
  • बड़ी इलायची - ४
  • राई - ४ चम्मच
  • सोंफ - २ चम्मच पाउडर
  • हिंग - १/२ चम्मच
  • साफ कि हुई राई - १/२ किलो
  • साबुत धनिया - २ चम्मच
  • शक्कर - ३ - ४ चम्मच
  • सुखी लहसुन - २५० ग्राम बारीक कटी हुई
  • सिरका - १ /२ चम्मच

Steps

  1. 1

    सबसे पहले आम अच्छे से धोकर एक सुखे कपड़े से पोंछकर काट लें।धुप में ३-५ घटें के लिए रख दें। फिर एक बर्तन में उतार दें।

    एक कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करके उसमें हिंग, राई, बड़ी इलायची, छोटी इलायची, साबुत धनिया डालकर, सोंफ पाउडर डालकर ठंडा होने दें।

  3. 3

    साफ कि हुई राई मिक्सर में पीस ले।

  4. 4

    अब तेल, बेडेकर अचार मसाला,साफ कि हुई राई, नमक, शक्कर,सुखी लहसुन कटे हुए आम में मिला लें

    तयार अचार को उसी बर्तन में ८ - १० दिन के लिए रख दें। अचार को ठंडी जगह पर रखें।

    फिर उसमें सिरका डालकर रख दें।
