This is so famous in Bengal and I am sure anyone who loves mango would love to give this recipe a try. As I have not used any refined sugar in it so this health punch is definitely worthy to be added in your healthy diet. So lets start..

Firstly all you need is gathered.

Then cut mangoes in pieces and blend it with curd.

Heat milk upto a boil then simmer for 2-3 mins and switch off the flame.

And now let the milk come to a hand bearable temperature. Then add mango and curd mixture, mix well and pour it in the pots where you will set curd.

Cover the pots and keep it in warm, not so airy space for at least 8 hours to set the curd.

After 8 hours when curd is set keep it in fridge for 3 hours and then serve the cold mango curd.
