Marinate the chicken with curd salt and cashew paste (set aside)

Soak rice with water and thinly sliced lemons (set aside)

Take oil in a vassel. Oil quantity should be equal to onions quantity. Add sliced onions let in cook in a low flame. Add sliced green chilli

Once the onions are fully cooked add the marinated chicken. Add salt if required add black pepper. Chopped mint and coriander leaves.

Heat water in a vessel add salt 1tbs oil. Once the water heats up add rice and sliced lemons to. Cook rice until it's 80% cooked. Remove excess water.

Take the same vessel. Add rice add masala then again add rice.add ghee. Garnish it with yellow food colour and fried onions. Cover the vessel tightly and let the biryani cook well.

Secret ingredient i used at the end was heated coal. That tasted well. (Optional)
