Take a bowl put maida and salt ghee and water to it and make a dough,wrap it with a cloth and keep it for 2 hours

Soak Bengal gram Dhall for 1/2 an hour and cook it in a pressure cooker till becomes soft

Grind the Dhall once cooled

Mix jaggery with water and filter the dust particles

Take a pan add jaggery syrup and make a string consistency then add grind Bengal gram Dhall cardamom powder sauté well till get a thick stuffing

Take a maida dough like a ball and spread it on a plantain leaf with ghee and keep a Bengal gram Dhall dough in centre of it and close it well and so that stuffing fully covered and gently pressing it over a leaf

Take a dosa pan add ghee once get heat place the boli on tawa,cook in a medium flame so that both the sides cook well

Once done serve it with little ghee spread over on it,it’s a traditional delicious dessert and everyone will like it
